The Self-catering Apartment has a complimentary breakfast.
Our B&B is small with only 3 guest bedrooms and one breakfast room.
WI-FI and private off-street parking is free
We pride ourselves on having a very high standard of cleanliness, as evidenced by our reviews. Both B&B and self-catering apartment.
Pinewood Cottage Apartment and B&B cannot take pets.
Sorry, we don’t accept stag or hen parties at the B&B or Apartment.
We only accept cash at the property No credit cards. You can pay truth stripe online with a credit card, ask for the link before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
In the event of a booking reduction of a two-night stay within seven days of the arrival date in the summer season, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.
All chargeable cancellations are subject to a 3% administration fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without notification.
Checking-In:
Check-in at the B&B is between 3pm and 6pm. Arrival out with this time is by prior arrangement only. Please email or call us in advance of booking to arrange a check-in out with these times.
Our check out time at the B&B and Self-catering apartment is 11am.
We will personally check you in the B&B – we feel this is such a worthwhile and invaluable part of your stay (and we look forward to meeting you!).
Apartment is self-check in with a key code.
